OMTEC is a world-renowned event for the orthopedic manufacturing and technology industries, attracting exhibitors and attendees from around the world, including engineers, executives, buyers, surgeons, investors, inventors, and manufacturers. Last year, over 1,400 professionals attended the conference.

For over 60 years, MCS has carried on a tradition of quality, precision grinding craftsmanship. This year, we’re expanding our operations to include a new facility–a dedicated 18,000 sqft nitinol facility that can support in-line continuous CNC cell machining, which offers the highest degree of accuracy and efficient manufacturing of nitinol products. These expanding capabilities include CNC straightening, CNC centerless grinding, automated true position drilling, CNC honing, and robotic EDM.
This new facility, along with our new nitinol supply chain partnership, will enable MCS to produce even greater quantities of nitinol drills, wires, staples, and pusher wires. With enhanced production capabilities, we’ll be adding these nitinol products to our Quick Ship Program, which offers a selection of products available for next-day shipping.
